Manager of Systems & AnalyticsLocation: RemoteXpedient Logistics is a full-service 3PL supporting warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Systems & Analytics to lead systems modernization, data analytics, and integrations across the organization.About the RoleThis leadership role owns our analytics strategy, BI platforms, and system integrations while supporting aggressive modernization and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is independent, AI-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple systems, analytics, and integration initiatives simultaneouslyOwn data analytics, BI platforms, dashboards, and reporting strategyPartner with Solutions Design to align systems, analytics, and customer solutionsOversee integrations across ERP, WMS/TMS, BI tools, data warehouse, and customer systemsDevelop scalable dashboards, KPIs, and data models for internal and customer useEnsure data accuracy, governance, documentation, and reporting consistencySupport BI tool migration and enterprise modernization initiativesLeverage AI and automation to improve productivity, reporting, and workflowsResearch and implement new tools and technologies to drive efficiencySkills & Technical ExpertiseBusiness intelligence & analytics platforms (Power BI or similar)Advanced SQL and data modelingData warehousing (Snowflake preferred)Systems integration, APIs, and data pipelinesERP, WMS/TMS, and BI system connectivityDashboard design, KPI development, and visualization best practicesAI tools, automation, and intelligent reporting solutionsCloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)Strong project management and stakeholder communicationAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsQualifications5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, systems, or data integrationStrong ability to work independently and own technical strategyExperience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneouslyBackground with ThoughtSpot, Qlik, or Sigma is a plusMaster’s degree preferredWhy XpedientRemote leadership roleCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to own and shape analytics and systems strategyFast-growing, forward-thinking 3PL environmentXpedient Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers competitive wages, insurance benefits, paid time off, and holidays.
