Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Lead Generation who wants to be a true partner in building a scalable, repeatable prospecting machine. This role works closely with both Sales, Marketing and Partnership teams and plays a key role in sales funnel management, go-to-market planning, reporting, and campaign execution.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into smart outreach strategies, building vertical-specific email sequences, and creating systems that consistently generate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Growth Strategy (Approximately 70%)
• Own and operate a lead generation engine using HubSpot and social media platforms
• Build, manage, and optimize email sequence campaigns tailored to key verticals
• Transform lead data into educational, engaging prospecting campaigns
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, funnel stages, and targeting
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy development for new and existing verticals
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve results

· Sales, Marketing & Administrative Support (Approximately 25%)
• Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goals and performance to leadership
• Create and distribute HubSpot data and supporting documents to enable strategic prospecting
• Attend sales training meetings and develop strong knowledge of company products and services
• Collaborate with senior sales staff and prepare weekly and month-end sales reports
• Coordinate travel arrangements for sales representatives attending conferences or trade shows
• Shows Leadership vertical-specific email sequences, and creating systems that consistently generate pipeline

Team Support (Approximately 5%)
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team as needed
• Prepare and distribute presentations and supporting documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Support administration of internal software systems and tools
• Conduct research and data analysis to support vertical prospecting strategies
• Assist with project management, meeting notes, and follow-up communications
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience
• Strong experience working with HubSpot sales and marketing administration
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Professional-level verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
