About the Role: Leading Irregular Operations Programs to Enhance Customer and Employee Experience As the Manager of Irregular Operations (IRROPS) Programs at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategies that minimize the impact of travel disruptions on our customers and employees. This is a dynamic role that requires collaboration with various departments, including customer strategy and innovation, airport operations, and technology, to identify and solve complex problems associated with irregular operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop, maintain, and refine the IRROPS playbook and standard operating procedures. Develop and implement organizational change management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Create and deliver executive-level presentations and updates to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations. Analyze operational data and digital insights to identify areas for improvement and monitor key performance metrics. Essential Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation. At least 4 years of direct and indirect leadership experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, to effectively communicate and analyze data. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams. Experience working with cross-functional groups across various organizational levels. Ability to travel up to 30% throughout the year, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications: Field implementation experience, providing a practical understanding of operational challenges.
