What you’ll do: • Manages exempt and nonexempt employees in operations and maintenance of cellular service • Manages costs and related expenses • Monitors and is responsible for budgets for area of responsibility • Works with engineering departments to ensure that all software updates are handled correctly and all installation and testing activities • Works closely with managers and project team members to assess/meet department goals. Implements, enforces, and may help develop strategies and guidelines • Ensures compliance with government regulations and system specifications What you’ll need: As a Manager-Network Services, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians who are responsible for installation, maintenance, operations, provisioning, dispatch, as well as test/turnup activities at Mobility equipment locations including Cell Sites, RAN Hubs, or MTSOs. What you’ll bring: • Required Experience: • 3-5 years of network related technical • Required Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license • Desired Education: • High school diploma, GED or equivalent related network experience; Technical degree preferred • Desired Qualifications: • Experience with MS Excel • Understanding of EHS policies, procedures and guidelines for Field working personnel Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand- by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
