As Skills Manager, Media Planner ,youll direct the day-to-day account activities of the group and play a key role in the translation of marketing and advertising objectives into overall media strategies; youll also direct the development of media plans consistent with the approved strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing the skills and knowledge of assigned junior team members. What You'll Do: Partner with Director on all aspects of communication plan development and recommendationsEnsure integration & coordination between various communications programsDetermine and supervise the best possible implementation of all approved communication plans and projectsDirect marketing and media analyses to support recommendationsPrepare and present communication plans, as needed, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and all backup materialsSupervise and monitor implementation of all media buys where applicableOversee all added value programs / opportunities to ensure smooth executionAttend and participate in Client / Agency meetings as the day-to-day product group representative from the media departmentWhat We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in a media planning roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointProficiency with 3rd party syndicated research resources, such as ComScore and NielsenAbout Us Theres a reason why WorkReduce is the industry leader in providing expert talent solutions across the ad industry.
