In this role, you work with our Sr Manager of Marketing Operations, and will partner directly with our B2B marketers to optimize campaign success, drive key go-to-market KPIs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally with various stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong blend of marketing operations expertise, demand generation understanding, and a passion for leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.How You Will Make an Impact:Operational Excellence: Own and optimize marketing operations processes, including lead scoring, lead routing, database management, segmentation, and campaign execution workflows. Your focus will be on defining the "how," ensuring the marketing team has the frameworks and tools to execute efficientlyStrategic Campaign Performance & Optimization: Partner closely with the B2B Marketing team to define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns, including lead generation, pipeline generation, and ROI. You'll analyze performance trends, identify strategic opportunities for optimization, and provide recommendations to improve overall campaign effectivenessTechnology & Systems Management: Partner with our Marketing Automation Admin to oversee and optimize our core marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Bizible, and Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between platformsReporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into marketing performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Sales Operations, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts and optimize the sales funnelStrategy & Planning: Collaborate with other GTM Operations functions to help develop our GTM marketing strategy, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that shape campaign direction, target audience segmentation, and resource allocationWhat You Bring to The Team:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or a related analytical marketing role, preferably within a high-growth or SaaS environmentProficiency with Marketo: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Marketo, or other marketing automation tools, for campaign execution, lead scoring, automation, and reportingExperience with Marketing Attribution: Familiarity with marketing attribution platforms, specifically Bizible, to track and measure campaign effectivenessStrong Salesforce Skills: Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM, including report creation, dashboard development, and data synchronization with marketing platformsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsHighly organized with a meticulous attention to detailA proactive and problem-solving mindsetNice to Haves:Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and operationsKnowledge of other marketing technologies (e.g., intent data platforms, sales engagement platforms)Experience in the startup or FinTech industryWhat We Offer:Exceptional health, vision, and dental careOpportunity for equity ownershipLife and AD&D, short- and long-term disabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Resource GroupsFun company outings and eventsUnlimited PTO401K with company match
