Position Summary...Sam's Club is seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations, Agency & Resource Management, to oversee the day-to-day operations of our agency partnerships and optimize our internal and external marketing resources. Oversee the administration and operations of Sam's Club's agency partnerships, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead annual and quarterly business reviews to ensure agencies are meeting evolving brand needs.
Develop scalable feedback frameworks (scorecards, KPIs) to measure agency performance.
Support agency evaluations, onboarding, and contract negotiations, working closely with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams.
Ensure competitive pricing from agency partners using historical data and industry benchmarks.
Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into Sam's Club's agency management strategies.
Resource Management:
Oversee the resourcing and allocation of marketing functions, optimizing internal and external resources.
Forecast upcoming resource needs using AirTable and flag opportunities for reallocation or investment.
Analyze internal vs. external resource costs to drive efficiency and justify new resource investments.
Identify workflow optimization opportunities to enhance go-to-market speed.
