Manager - Market Access (Pharma & Life sciences)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst & Team Lead with strong domain expertise in Life Sciences and Pharma, particularly in Market Access and Speciality Pharma. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain knowledge with strong analytics and leadership skills to deliver high-quality, client-facing solutions Responsibilities • Lead analysis and solution design for Market Access and Speciality Pharmacy use cases • Work hands-on with SQL for Analytical Requirement Document (ARD) design and development • Apply data modelling and data warehousing concepts to support scalable analytics solutions • Own Tableau report development, including KPI definition, dashboard design, and wireframing • Translate complex business requirements into clear, data-driven analytical solutions • Engage directly with clients, clearly articulating insights and recommendations • Manage, mentor, and guide an offshore delivery team, ensuring timely and high-quality execution • 7–12 years of professional experience in analytics or a related field, with strong hands-on expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within commercial pharma • Deep understanding of Speciality Pharmacy data, HUB data, and the end-to-end patient journey • Proven hands-on experience working with IQVIA LAAD / Claims data and MMIT data • Solid knowledge of healthcare data tokenization processes and data privacy and compliance requirements Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
