About the RoleWe are looking for a Manager, Manufacturer Assistance Programs to lead the operational success, expansion, and innovation of BlinkRx’s manufacturer assistance and copay programs. In this role, you will oversee the full program lifecycle — from intake and setup through ongoing operations, partner coordination, and financial reconciliation. You’ll serve as the central hub across internal stakeholders, adjudication partners, and pharmacy network participants to ensure programs are set up for accuracy, scale, and impact. This is a highly cross-functional role that combines program operations, partner management, and strategic growth. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end execution of manufacturer assistance and copay programs, including program setup, ongoing operations, and compliance oversight Lead intake of new program designs in coordination with Growth, Client Success, and Account Management teams Translate program requirements into business rules and workflows with adjudication partners and internal Product & Engineering teams Conduct program QA and monitor adherence to business rules and reimbursement logic Oversee data integrity, reporting, and spend analysis to ensure program health and financial reconciliation Serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for adjudication partners, ensuring alignment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement Identify and execute on opportunities to grow program utilization and expand manufacturer engagement through platform and pharmacy network enhancements Partner with leadership to evaluate and evolve BlinkRx’s value proposition around copay assistance programs You Should Have: 5–8 years of experience in healthcare program operations, market access, copay card services, or pharmacy benefit administration Deep understanding of manufacturer assistance programs and related adjudication workflows Experience working with adjudication platforms, benefit verification, and pharmacy point-of-sale systems Strong cross-functional project management skills and ability to translate between business and technical teams Detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of data analysis, QA, and financial reconciliation processes Excellent communication skills, with proven success managing external partners and internal stakeholders Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of patient affordability, pharma services, and platform innovation.
