Manager, Location Partnerships (25)Location: RemoteCompany: Happy ReturnsEmployee Type: Full TimeThe Manager, Location Partnerships will own the day-to-day performance and operational health of the Return Bar network. This role is responsible for monitoring and improving location-level performance, managing escalations across internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across operations Core ResponsibilitiesReturn Bar Performance & Network HealthOwn day-to-day performance of Return Bar locations, ensuring strong execution across key metricsDevelop and enhance performance tracking and reporting; proactively identify and address performance deviationsEscalation Management & Issue ResolutionServe as the primary point of contact for escalations from Hubs (operational issues) and CX/CSM (customer issues)Establish feedback loops to ensure recurring issues are addressed through durable process or product improvementsField Operations & Site AuditsConduct regular Return Bar visits (both scheduled and “secret shopper”) to assess execution and customer experienceDevelop and standardize a repeatable framework for site visits and auditsSynthesize findings into actionable insights and share with internal teams and partnersTranslate field insights into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and partner experience Requirements & SkillsExperience & BackgroundB.S. or B.A. degree2-5 years of experience in operations, consulting, logistics, or a similar fast-paced, execution-oriented environmentExperience working in cross-functional or partner-facing roles preferredCore SkillsStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and comfort working with operational data and KPIsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage both internal stakeholders and external partnersStrong project and program management skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems, manage multiple workstreams, and drive cross-functional initiatives to completionHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsLeadership & MindsetDemonstrated ownership mindset with a bias toward action and problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environmentsStrong stakeholder management and influence skillsBasic Qualifications:Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.EEO StatementHappy Returns is an equal opportunity employer.
