At our core, we value both excellence in our work and strong team bonds, creating a culture that celebrates collaboration, achievement, and the collective impact we make.About the Role:As Manager - IA & Risk, You will support our internal controls, governance, risk management and audit operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our processes align with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices while proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities. What you will do Develop and execute the internal audit plan in line with risk based prioritiesLead and perform audits across business functions including Supply Chain, business, Marketing, Seller and customer experience, technology etcCreate efficiency in processes and ensure business impactsAssist in building and executing ERM frameworkPartner with functional heads to maintain risk register and support mitigation plansMonitor emerging risks, especially in areas such as data privacy, cyber security, ESG and regulatory Compliance.Liaise with external auditors, legal and compliance, as neededParticipate & Drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency What you will need 4 to 5 years Exp, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in FinanceStrong process thinking and business understandingStrong communication & Interpersonal skillsProactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team playerStrong collaboration, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills(For candidates with non similar industry experience, the number of years of experience may vary.)
