Manager I - Payroll - Hybrid
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Manages personnel, operational, and compliance functions associated with multi-state payroll processing Sets priorities and mentors assigned staff to ensure adequate training, competencies, and assessments.
Performs all duties in a manner that promotes project team success and reflects Blattners values.
Collaborates with Payroll employees to ensure work is performed efficiently and to help all areas meet required deadlines.
Partners with other departments within Blattner to provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and other business units.
WHAT YOULL NEED
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum of five years of progressive experience in an accounting position with responsibilities in payroll, accounts payable, and financial statements and two years of lead or supervisory experience required.
Experience performing payroll using an automated time and attendance system required.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or Certified HR Professional (CHRP) preferred.
JDE, Workday or ADP experience.

$89,627.00 - $129,959.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
