Manager, Hype Merchandising
Partner to execute strategy with markets, key alliance partners and DTC channels. Ownership of Market and key account interaction to ensure relevance through Hype input and handover process. Driving the accuracy of Brand vs Sales and Global vs Market plans whilst owning the Market Commercial Input process and ongoing tracking via IBP. Development of Market, DTC and FI Alliance interactions based on Global channel, range and GTM plan. Driving the final volume allocations for each market, channel and alliance & brand KA's. Driving in depth conversation for execution of global strategy within marketplace. Collect and organize key market insights. Look for key global and regional trends and shifts in market direction to inform management and wider hype team. Lead category handovers in partnership with cross functional partners to enable/facilitate markets understanding and implementation of the go to market strategy.
