About This Role

Anywhere Leads is thrilled to welcome an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to our remote-first marketing team. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional hands-on experience in transforming data points into effective growth marketing loops that drive conversions, all while prioritizing the customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that enhance the brand experience, deepen engagement, and improve acquisition and retention. You will need advanced expertise with marketing tech stacks, particularly in establishing end-to-end customer journeys through email channels and SMS. Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines are essential.

This high-impact role requires you to continually test, learn, and iterate to create highly efficient and valuable customer touchpoints. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with additional teams including strategic partnerships, customer engagement, revenue operations, and network success to ensure alignment across all channels. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager at Anywhere Leads and is a core member of our marketing team.

Technical Skillset We’re Looking For
• Growth Marketing & User Acquisition
• Email Marketing: Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies, segmentation, and user journeys, managed through systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Spearhead the implementation and optimization of the customer journey, from awareness to acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
• User-Centric Behavior: Identify customer needs, pain points, and feedback to drive product improvements.
• SEO/SEM: Proficiency with search engine optimization and search engine marketing for organic and paid user acquisition.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Drive the optimization of landing pages, funnels, and overall user experience to increase conversions.
• Campaign Management: Achieve demand generation goals by creating and executing campaigns that build awareness and drive leads.
• A/B Testing: Define, implement, and analyze an A/B test program to optimize campaign growth.
• KPIs and Metrics: Own setting, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators.
• Market Research: Lead the gathering competitive intelligence, understanding market trends, and identifying emerging growth opportunities.
• Reporting: Strong experience in communicating data analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders – both internal and client-facing.
• Technical Skills
• Coding Knowledge: Familiarity with web technology such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to collaborate with developers and troubleshoot issues.
• Customer Segmentation: Lead efforts to target key customer segments and tailor growth strategies for each group.
• Data Visualization & Tools: Expert in tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, PowerBi, or Google Data Studio to visualize trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Scalable Systems: Strong understanding of what systems and processes are needed to scale as the company grows.
• Automation & Tools: Leveraging automation tools to streamline marketing, customer support, and internal processes for efficiency.
• Soft Skills and Team Dynamic
• Project Management: Manage complex projects that drive Leads business growth and align with business priorities.
• Cross-team Functionality: Articulate brand benefits and value propositions to resonate with partner and consumer personas, moving consumers through the funnel.
• Champion of Core Team Objectives: Advocate for marketing initiatives across other teams, including customer engagement, revenue operations, and network success, to ensure alignment.
• Winning Attitude: Facilitate the sharing of best practices across the team and encourage others to be their best selves.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications You Bring To The Table
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and communication and writing skills
• Understanding of best practice within growth marketing strategies, go-to-market execution, and customer retention, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of marketing systems and best practices to effectively setup, manage, and optimize email and SMS campaigns
• Strong business development fundamentals, with experience in forecasting and managing growth marketing program against measurable financial outcomes
• Proficiency with MS Office products, with deep understanding of PowerPoint
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a “can-do” attitude

Bonus Experience & Qualifications
• Experience or exposure to the real estate industry
• Account management experience either in-house or agency-based
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites, including Photoshop or Illustrator
• Marketing experience includes understanding of both B2B and B2C strategies
