Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of bolthires.The Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) organization is responsible for managing relationships with millions of Merchants and Partners around the world that facilitate bolthires acceptance and enabling the day-to-day operations of our company's payment network. The role of the Global Merchant & Network Pricing (GMNP) team is to design and implement global pricing strategies that support our coverage objectives and optimize our Discount Revenue. This revenue stream is the single largest source of bolthires' revenue and Merchant Pricing strategies play a key role in driving financial performance.Key Responsibilities:The Manager - Global Pricing Strategy will: Support analytical workstreams to uncover data-driven insights that inform optimal Merchant pricing strategies. Perform comprehensive research on external trends, synthesizing impacts for GMNP and the broader enterprise. Work with internal stakeholders, both within Pricing and throughout the GMNS organization, to find Merchant pricing solutions that support enterprise goals. Manage project workflows with limited oversight from leadership, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and next steps.This role requires a high level of analytical proficiency, strategic thinking, and communication skills, which will be leveraged across a range of high impact projects. The ability to harness this diverse skillset in a dynamic and fast paced environment is essential to success. How will you make an impact in this role? Challenge existing strategies and pricing frameworks with provocative, evidence-based, proposals. Requirements • 4+ years' experience in Management Consulting/Corporate Strategy. • Strong aptitude for analytics; demonstrated ability to develop sophisticated financial models and draw value-added insights from large amounts of data. • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills - ability to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders.• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral -- with experience leading discussions withSenior Leaders. • Results driven with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities. • Experience challenging the status quo and creating innovative, evidence-based, proposals.
