We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead technical initiatives with existing Platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead talented engineers, and ensure the successful execution of strategic projects aligned with organizational goals. Provide transparent updates on risks, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership. Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend appropriate technical direction. Build and maintain a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and professional development. Facilitate onboarding, goal setting, and ongoing team development initiatives. Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT to support team operations. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team culture. Drive continuous improvement and advocate for innovation and change. SKILLS: Strong technical foundation and proficiency in one or more programming languages and technologies used within your team. Proven ability to manage technical projects and deliver results under tight deadlines. Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to coach and inspire team members. Effective delegation and coordination skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to foster trust, collaboration, and accountability within teams. Experience leading organizational or cultural change is a plus. EXPERIENCE: 7+ years in software development, with demonstrated project success. 3+ years in a technical leadership role such as Team Lead or Engineering Manager. Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. Prior work in a cross-functional environment involving Finance, Security, and Product teams. The base salary range for this position in is $120K-$165K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
