As Manager, Digital Fulfillment, Innovation and Acceleration you will lead the Digital Video Games and Software Technical Account Management (TAM) team who are engaged to ingest, troubleshoot, and configure digital products to ensure flawless delivery to customers. Beyond leading our content operations team, you will lead innovation initiatives for our digital business.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to meet business goals
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture and champion the professional development and retention of team members
• Oversee and drive process improvement plans within the TAM function
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and own multiple projects and driving them to closure
• Provide program management oversight to ensure successful execution of digital initiatives, including scope, timeline, and resource management
• Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, reports, and / or dashboards to drive business decisions
• Leverage data analysis and industry insights to inform decision-making, uncover new business opportunities, and measure the impact of our digital programs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including CE Tech, TAM, Caspian, and Vendor Management teams to align on projects, priorities and drive results

The Retail Video Game team strives to be the most trustworthy, gamer-centric shopping destination through seamless and relevant shopping experiences. We similarly aim to offer our digital vendors seamless listing and fulfillment services.

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience leveraging data to inform decision-making
• Preferred qualifications
• - Working knowledge of SQL
• - Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management
• - Familiarity with digital distribution, virtual goods, and emerging trends in the video game industry
• - Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
