The Opportunity: The Digital Marketing & Media (DM&M) Testing team supports our Media Center of Excellence in achieving critical business KPIs such as omni-sales and new clients, as well as our Retention team in driving engagement, through leading experimentation as well as client-led/personalization strategies. As Manager, DM&M Testing, you will own experimentation across Sephora’s Retention channels and steward client-led strategies alongside channel owners. You will help drive innovative testing strategies, synthesizing learnings, managing processes, workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional partners on pilot discovery, and help support bringing testing approaches to life. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, DM&M Testing, you will be implementing testing strategies in Email, Mobile, and Direct Mail. Responsibilities • Lead Retention Scrum testing roadmap, including overseeing planning touchpoints and stewarding pilot through kick-off, design, execution, measurement and scale. • Own key partnerships across internal cross-functional teams (Promo, Loyalty, Worlds, etc) and serve as a strategic support on test discovery and prioritization • Own key partnerships across (Email, Mobile, and Direct Mail) Channel Owners and their respective ops/platform teams on ideation, prioritization and set-up of pilots • Support the management of the Program Manager, DM&M Testing, alongside the Manager, DM&M Testing (Media) • Partner with Retention Analytics on test design and measurement, and synthesize key outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders • Support the planning and activation of Client-Led strategies (CLV, Client Journeys, Lifecycle Programs, Targeted Promos, etc.) in partnership with cross-functional partners and Channel Owners by proving out new approaches and enhancements to reach clients in personalized ways through Scrum testing Qualifications • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing; Cross-channel background (Email, App Push, SMS) and prior testing experience (e.g. Incrementality, Creative and/or Audience tests) preferred • Knowledge of Agile Marketing and testing methodologies (e.g. holdout, A/B and Multivariate) • Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Braze, Epsilon, Bluecore) • Excellent technical skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Monday.com, Miro/Figma) • Strong business acumen, data driven mindset and problem-solving skills • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects • Superior organizational skills, and ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an exceedingly fast paced environment • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience #LI-SR1 The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
