Drive initiatives transforming enterprise search and enhancing Artey AI Digital AssistantHarness data analytics to identify actionable insights and refine Artey platformAnalyze Artey interaction and feedback data to identify performance trends and knowledge gapsDevelop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor Artey’s effectivenessAuthor, edit, and update knowledge articles; collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teamsWork with stakeholders to align analytics insights with system enhancements and process improvementsFacilitate workshops and training sessions; document business requirements, workflows, technical specificationsStay up to date on AI and analytics trends; recommend strategic improvements to user experience and automation
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or similar role5+ years of experience translating complex data sets into actionable business insights5+ years producing high-quality documentation and knowledge contentGood business acumen skillsAble to present data to cross-functional teams and leadership of all levels5+ years proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Office 365)Must be able to work East Coast HoursBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (education)Preferred: Advanced degree or certification in business analytics, data science, or related fieldsPreferred: Experience with AI digital assistants, enterprise search technologies, or self-service platformsPreferred: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting and analyticsPreferred: Familiarity with CSAT data analysisPreferred: Experience working in Agile environments with JiraPreferred: Demonstrated willingness and capability to manage and mentor team members
