Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager, Creator Marketing (Latino) to join our team at Verizon. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a compelling, on-brand strategic vision for Latino creators across social media platforms, with a focus on reaching Latino/Hispanic audiences. Key Responsibilities:
Manage creator marketing and community engagement for the Latino/Hispanic market segment, developing and implementing a strategic vision for Latino creators across social media platforms.
Generate comprehensive, data-driven, and consumer-centric creator plans that inform all channels for Verizon Consumer Group.
Acquire and share a deep knowledge of the industry, including the competitive landscape, category disruptors, and key business issues that affect Verizon.
Build strong relationships with internal and external agency teams, and serve as a thought leader for the Latino and creator community.
Prepare presentations and materials to share with key business stakeholders, providing updates and insights into the team's activities.
Requirements:
Four or more years of relevant experience in creator partnerships, creator marketing, talent management, and operations experience.
Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in social media judgment, influencer marketing, talent management, and/or social media strategy and execution.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
