Serves as an Analytical/Problem Solver that can read and digest data reports, identify issues and solutions, and drive engagement through completion of an initiative. Leads a team of cost of care consultants, facilitates meetings with business leads and subject matter experts, working across the division, with business owners and line staff.EducationBachelor's level degree Required Certification/LicensureNo specific certification or licensure requirementsExperienceMinimum 5 years related experience in the Health Insurance Industry, Management, Lead/direct analytical teams, Financial analysis, and Statistics RequiredPrior experience facilitating cost of care analysis and ideation sessions PreferredPrevious Health Plans experience Highly PreferredWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $92,248 - $153,753.60.
