Manager | Corporate Tax
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be an integral member of the Corporate Tax practice, leading business income tax planning, corporate compliance, and ASC 740 income tax accounting engagements (including tax provision preparation and audit support).
You will serve as a key point of contact for multiple clients within the Corporate Tax Solutions group, managing engagements and delivering high-quality tax solutions with the support of experienced professionals, advanced technology, and collaborative resources.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside specialists across the tax practice - including the Washington National Tax Office (WNTO) - to provide comprehensive support across all aspects of a client's tax function.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or JD (active license required)
• 4-7 years of progressive corporate tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
• Experience in public accounting preferred
• Strong background in corporate income tax
• Demonstrated experience with ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes)
• Working knowledge of: US GAAP | Federal and state income tax compliance | International taxation and transfer pricing fundamentals
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision preferred
• Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting skills
• Strong communication, client service, and presentation abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
