Manager, Corporate Sales - Central
The Role, In a Nutshell
We are a fast-paced, high-growth company seeking a motivated, data-driven, and outcome-oriented sales leader to manage and scale a team of Account Executives in a dynamic business environment.
As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on acquiring new customers, building pipeline, and accelerating overall sales growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping sales processes, recruiting and developing top talent, and delivering measurable results. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Sales, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies, pipeline development, and sales initiatives.
What Youâll Do
⢠Report directly to the RVP, Commercial Sales
⢠Focus heavily on territory planning and execution with a dedicated emphasis on pipeline generation
⢠Develop and implement sales strategies that focus on both short-term revenue goals and long-term pipeline development and work cross-functionally with other teams, like marketing, to align messaging & campaigns for maximum impact on pipeline growth
⢠Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs and be heavily involved in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new reps
⢠Foster a collaborative environment where account executives on your team can learn, grow, and seek professional growth under your leadership
⢠Build and improve processes for team member on-boarding and ramping
⢠Drive alignment with supporting teams across customer success, marketing, solutions architects, and professional services
What You'll Bring
⢠Candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
⢠5+ years of experience in successfully selling a technical product (Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, OSS preferred)
⢠1+ years of experience successfully managing high performing software sales teams
⢠Startup experience strongly preferred
⢠Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC framework
⢠Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team
⢠Enjoy coaching and motivating others, leading by example while demonstrating humility
⢠Feel a deep sense of alignment with our company values
On Target Earnings: $280,000 - $320,000
