Manager, Corporate FP&A Finance Partner

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Role reports to Director, Corporate FP&A Serves as finance business partner to Corporate Groups. Leads financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, tracking of key metrics and supporting operational execution Owns preparation of reporting packages and provides analysis to support business cases to assess investment needs Builds financial models, creates and delivers insights, provides data and trend analysis as decision support Continuously identifies areas to improve and build upon analyses and reporting Builds strong relationships with Business leaders and partners across the organization, including (but not limited to) Commercial Finance, Accounting and Procurement Leverages technology to extract and assess data; serve as power-user of SAP financial systems; identify opportunities to drive improvement in processes and reporting; understand operational data sources within the Business Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training) : Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a preferred major in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years proven experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in Healthcare/Healthtech or Technology and experience in large companies. Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively cross-functionally. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, reporting, communication, people leadership, and decision-making skills Strong financial modeling experience and ability to analyze data and complex situations and arrive at a logical conclusion. Ability to work in fast-paced environment, as well as organize and manage tasks while prioritizing to meet established deadlines. Ability interface with executive level management and functional leaders, as well as build consensus, establish trust, and build relationships through the organization. Experience with SAP financial applications preferred. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $125K-$135K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
