Key Performance Indicators Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)Positive Customer experience during dunning processIncreased productivity and cost savingsPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecommend and oversee development of action plans to address collection issuesDesign and lead implementation of processes and other improvement measures for Collections operationsEstablish and implement new solutions based on detailed analysis and validation of processesSet KPIs and manage team to target goalsProvide KPI’s update weekly for each team to Senior LeadershipPublish internal monthly reports summarizing results to operational management in a timely manner and in a useful format to aid in understanding of A/R status.Team Building Skills – able to manage a Collection team efficientlyDevelop training strategy and materials for Collections team Provide innovative solutions for automation in information processesFacilitate Weekly Meetings and Annual MeetingsCANDIDATE SUMMARYRequired Experience5 to 7 years experience in Credit & Collection requiredStrong Computer Skills – Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience requiredExperience managing collection function and working cross-functionallyUnderstanding of credit reporting systems (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet/Equifax)Experience with credit worthiness assessment, credit line assignmentStrong Customer Service SkillsExcellent Written and Verbal CommunicationsAble to work independently in a Challenging EnvironmentPrevious managerial/leadership experience; medium to large team experience preferredPrior experience with pest control industry a plusRequired Leadership Traits and CharacteristicsCoach, develop, manage and motivate colleaguesCalm, organized and optimistic in a dynamic work environmentManage and make sense of large volumes of data to understand trends and identify opportunitiesManage key milestones to achieve organizational commitments and resultsInspire colleagues to high levels of performance keeping focus on competency, collaboration and accountabilityCreate a positive work environmentFoster relationships with internal and external customers to meet or exceed goalsFormal Education, Qualifications or TrainingBS/BA in accounting/finance or equivalent experience requiredBase Pay Range: $85,600 - $111,200 / yearWhile starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
