Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in travel brand licensing, including managing relationships with licensors and sublicensees, and developing and executing global sublicensing strategies. Monitor sublicense activities and ensure compliance with license agreements.
Resolve any issues or disputes related to brand sublicensing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Communicate effectively with clients, licensors, and sublicensees.
Develop and implement strategies for improving customer experience.
Analyze trends in the travel industry and make recommendations for improvement.
Track progress of all sublicensing activities and report back to senior management.
