Job Title: Manager, AnalyticsLocation: Moosic, PA ( Hybrid)About the JobThe primary objective of this position is to facilitate the and strengthen insight-driven decision-making and create advanced analytics to help enhance the strategy and tactics of the VaxServe marketing and sales organization. Business knowledge and analytical expertise will be utilized to continuously assess and improve the company’s approach in sales force strategy, brand strategy, targeting, and other projects and business opportunities to ensure sales and marketing is performing optimally. This position is responsible for transforming data into meaningful, action-oriented business insights towards optimizing resource utilization and revenue. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to drive business insights and solve complex problems. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Analytics – VaxServe.This role is based in Moosic, PA (VaxServe Headquarters) and requires minimal travel (<10%). Candidates will work Eastern Time Zone hours.This role follows the organization’s flexibly work guidance where remote work is permitted up to 50% of the time.Dimensions/ScopeThis position should provide proactive strategic analysis and ideas to improve the business with respect to marketing and sales. This position is intimately integrated across multiple departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
