We are currently hiring for our Management Trainee Program. This is an entry-level position that includes direct sales and marketing responsibilities. Individuals will be trained in various areas of business operations with the opportunity to advance into a management role. The program involves working with national Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in face-to-face sales and marketing with customers
• Represent client products and services professionally
• Meet daily and weekly sales performance goals
• Assist in team training and development
• Learn business fundamentals including operations, client management, and leadership
• Participate in internal meetings, workshops, and progress evaluations
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility with performance
Qualifications:
• No prior experience required; full training provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to start in an entry-level role and learn through training
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
