The Managed Services Consultant provides offsite, post-go-live application administration for our customers in terms of Veeva Commercial Cloud products, including Veeva CRM, Network, Vault, etc. Our customers are mainly from Latam. What You'll Do Provide post-go-live System Consulting and Administrationsupporting for multiple clients.Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and how to'sConsulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements.Data imports and exports using APEX data loaderAd hoc training of end-users and administrators.Analysis and deployment of new product features.Maintenance of production and sandbox environments.Adding/deleting/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchyPerforming alignmentsCreating reports, dashboards, and list views.Interaction with Global Team in EnglishOngoing application changes such as adding custom fields, changing screen layouts, changing field level security, adding workflow rules, feature setup and activation.
