We are a team of Innovators, Collaborators and Doers.We’re seeking a Managed File Transfer Engineer to join us.As an MFT Engineer, you will be a key contributor within the File Management Department by managing and prioritizing daily SFTP and Mirth Connect tasks.What you’ll do:Automate manual processesAnalyze multiple file types and standards.Configure SFTP users and folder structuresTroubleshoot SFTP connection issues.Train end users on use of SFTP and Secure Forms.Set up folders, credentials, and automated file movement.Work cross-functionally to configure HL7 connectionsTroubleshoot connection issues and other complicationsProvide exceptional customer service to both internal Zotec employees as well as Zotec clientsAnalyze data by writing and running basic SQL queries.Analyze logs to identify and prevent potential issues from occurringAnalyze files for complete dataManage assigned projectsFollow up with Clients on live/test dataWhat you’ll bring to Zotec:Experience utilizing SQL, including writing and running queries, to analyze dataGoanywhere experience preferredKnowledge and understanding of file structure for analysis (HL7, EDI x12, Image formats, Excel)Proficient MS Office skillsAbility to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution through problem solving and attention to detailStrong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writtenFlexible mentality: eager and willing to learn new technology, performing varied tasks, and adapting to changeAble to work independently and in a team environmentProfessionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day workAt Zotec, you will enjoy a network of highly experienced professionals in an environment where you can operate with autonomy yet have the resources and backing of other professionals in a similar role.
