Role Overview As a Beauty Coach, you will act as the quality gatekeeper for all tutorials and product recommendations within our app. You will review existing guides, suggest improvements, and ensure that every routine is both professionally accurate and accessible for everyday users. Your expertise will help shape a flawless user experience that builds trust and confidence in our platform. Key Responsibilities Review and edit all makeup tutorials (video and text) for clarity, accuracy, and step-by-step usability. Audit product recommendations to ensure they are relevant, high-quality, and aligned with each user’s needs. Provide feedback to the content and product teams to continuously improve the quality of beauty guides. Adapt professional makeup knowledge into beginner-friendly explanations while preserving technical accuracy. Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, products, and techniques to keep content fresh and modern. Identify gaps in current guides and collaborate with the team to create new routines or tutorials when needed. Qualifications 3+ years professional experience as a makeup artist, beauty consultant, or cosmetologist. Strong knowledge of skin types, face shapes, color theory, and product applications. Excellent written communication skills for simplifying professional techniques into user-friendly guides. Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies or unclear steps. Comfortable providing constructive feedback to improve both video and written content. Passionate about beauty, skincare, and helping others feel confident. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Previous experience in content review, editing, or instructional design. Familiarity with digital beauty apps or e-learning platforms.
