Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding each customer's unique needs and preferences. Utilize excellent makeup application skills to enhance customers' natural features and help them achieve their desired look. Stay up-to-date on the latest makeup trends, techniques, and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regularly sanitizing makeup tools and products. Demonstrate strong communication skills by effectively explaining makeup techniques and products to customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Ulta Beauty. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Actively promote and sell Ulta Beauty products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals. Attend training sessions and seminars to continuously improve makeup skills and knowledge. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety and sanitation standards. Assist with inventory management, including restocking products and notifying management of any low or out-of-stock items. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest ideas for increasing sales.
