Key Responsibilities:
Ā Develop engaging lessons for students with diverse English proficiency levels.
Ā Incorporate proven methods to teach core language skillslistening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Ā Collaborate with other educators to align language learning with subject-specific goals.
Ā Use data to monitor student performance and tailor instruction to meet evolving needs.
Ā Foster an inclusive environment that values multilingualism and partners with families to support learning outside the classroom.
Qualifications:
Ā Required:
Ā Bachelors degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field
Ā Valid New... Hampshireteaching license with an endorsement in ESL/ELL (or equivalent)
Ā Experience working with multilingual learners or culturally diverse populations
Ā Preferred:
Ā Masters degree in TESOL, Education, or a related area
Ā Proficiency in a second language
Ā Familiarity with WIDA standards and assessments
Ā Experience with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching practices
Highlights:
Ā 1099 Position
Ā Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Ā Hourly Rate: $30-$40
Ā Based on experience, education level, and other factors
Ā School hours
Ā Clinical/Technical Team on standby
