Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive
The Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive will oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle including self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying their needs, closing the sale, and ensuring the transition from the proposal process through a successful onboarding and integration.

Ā Develop and Qualify Leads - Aggressively seek out new business opportunities
Ā Schedule Initial Appointments to present to business owners in person
Ā Prepare and Present Proposals - In-person and face-to-face meetings
Ā Closing Sales and Transitioning the client to onboarding '
Ā New Client Follow-UP
Requirements
Ā 2+ years of proven sales experience
Ā SaaS sales experience (preferred)
Ā Strong business acumen
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication
Ā Proven Presentation skills
Ā Extremely organized
Ā Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Ā Excel and PowerPoint
