Maintenance Technician - Residential Home Repairs
We have an Immediate Need for experienced Residential Home Repair Maintenance Technicians to join our team - we are urgently seeking to add 1 new member to our Team! The successful candidates will be responsible for completing home repair/remodeling work orders and other required tasks on single family residences which are located throughout the DFW area (Pleasant Grove, Mesquite, Garland, Oak Cliff, Richardson, South Dallas, Grand Prairie and DeSoto). We are seeking individuals with HVAC Certification, Plumbing, & general home maintenance repair skills. Applicants must have working knowledge of Home or Apartment repairs.
Responsibilities:
Complete home repair work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of home repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in home repairs/remodeling maintenance.
Familiarity with home construction maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload - must be able to lift 50# or more
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must have a working Truck, Van, or SUV
Must be computer-literate w/MS Office experience and familiarity w/PropertyMeld is a plus
Pay Dependent on skills and performance
Must be able to work the occasional evening and weekend on a rotating basis for on-call work assignments
Gas Rate Fee offered, work cellphone and work shirts provided.
