Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Sarasota, FL
Pay: $21- $22/hour (Based on experience and size of property)
Experience: Previous HVAC and apartment industry experience
Education: HVAC EPA Certification is a plus!
Type: Full-time; Temporary*
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

? Perform general repairs/maintenance, punches within the apartments
? Prepare units for rental
? Clean grounds and perform tasks assigned to meet property standards
? Must have your own tools
? Must have own reliable transportation
