Maintenance Service Coordinator - Remote Opportunity at Workwarp
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Service Coordinator to join our team at Workwarp. As a Maintenance Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the internal and external processing of parts and supply purchasing, invoice processing, and service-related activities. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary and immediate openings available.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide estimated repair costs for customers and process purchase orders to ensure timeliness and accuracy
Monitor shop repair order activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing
Manage purchasing, receiving, and invoice processing using CONA-COUPA
Log, track, and follow up with customers on vendor repair orders and assets sent to external vendors for repair
Assist in parts management, core returns, and controlling obsolete parts
Communicate daily with shop leads on workflow activity and support area supervisors and asset lifecycle administrators
Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience required (up to 12 months)
Strong communication skills with internal and commercial customers
Excellent computer skills and data processing capabilities (TMT management program, CONA, Outlook)
Understanding of parts management systems, inventory control, and purchase/repair order activity
Ability to work cross-functionally with all team members and customers
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
1-3 years relevant experience
