Responsibilities:Position SummaryThe Supervisor of Maintenance Operations is responsible for fostering and leading relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve top-tier operational performance. This position will provide third party oversight as it relates to maintenance and ground operations.Job Responsibilities

Assist and support the Manager of Maintenance Operations and other senior management in projecting a strong commitment to the uncompromising promotion of safety and regulatory compliance.
Provide oversight of third-party maintenance provider ensuring contractual obligations are being met and operational performance expectations are being achieved.
Assist in the creation of Airworthiness Agreements and Letters of Procedural Authority for the respective maintenance providers.
Facilitate the addition of fueling vendors and on-call maintenance providers to the Learning Management System.
Assist ground operations and the PSA Safety and Security department as required.
Assist Flight Operations leadership where necessary to achieve superior operational performance.
Assist the Manager of Maintenance Operations in the development and achievement of performance KPI's.
Assist with continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all PSA required policies, practices, procedures, and processes.
Compile and provide various reports and data packages as required or requested.
Keep Manager of Maintenance Operations and Senior Management appraised of all actual or potential negative conditions that may affect aircraft maintenance and ground operations.
Submit monthly MPL updates to the Manager of Maintenance Operations.
Assist with maintaining and accomplishing the monthly review of the PSA Airlines Fueling Procedures Manual.
Assist with the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Review third party maintenance invoices for accuracy.
Monitor and improve outstation vendor safety and reliability performance.
Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Performs other duties as assigned
Position Specifics:QualificationsRequired

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
Working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR).
Experience with management and administration of service contracts and agreements.
Valid driver's license.
Two years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
Experience with Vendor Management and Contracts.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, M&E software.
Must possess or have ability to possess U.S. passport or equivalent within 90 days.
Ability to speak/read/write in English.
If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred

Advanced technical degree in Engineering, Aviation, Business Administration, or closely related discipline.
Experience with program management.

Must be able to obtain airport SIDA badging, Hazmat Shipping Certification and the ability to become a Hazmat trainer required.
