Be able to read and understand electrical... schematics, hydraulic schematics, hard copy PLC programs. Possess the skills to electrically and mechanically trouble shoot equipment. Possess the skills to understand and follow directions from his or her supervisor Posse basic computer skills Executing, promoting, and working safely throughout the facility following all Safety Policies Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Being aware of all Emergency Exits and knowing procedures for Emergency Evacuation as well as location. Knowing the location of the SDS Safety Data Sheets and how to utilize properly. Knowing not to operate any equipment or perform any work without the proper training and authorization to do complete the task safely. Always following proper LOTO lock out/tag out procedures. Never remove or bypass machine guards and NEVER while the machine is in operation. Being cautious and aware of lift trucks and moving equipment. Reporting all injuries or accidents to the Department Lead or Manager or immediately. Understand and follow plants housekeeping guidelines. Identifying and implementing lean and continuous improvement actions. Performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards. Understand and adhere to all safety requirements.
