I’m Dr. Giulietta Octavio — a doctor of Chinese medicine and founder of two connected wellness brands:
Ceybon – a line of doctor-formulated, non-alcoholic aperitifs made with adaptogens and functional mushrooms
Dr. Giulietta Octavio – a healing/coaching practice offering energy sessions and a monthly group program
I’m seeking a tech-savvy freelancer to set up automation flows in MailerLite and configure bundles + subscriptions in Shopify to streamline my operations and boost revenue.
✅ Project Scope
1. Subscriber List Setup
Import ~2,500 contacts (3 CSVs provided)
Tag contacts by type (Ceybon B2C, Ceybon B2B, Services clients)
2. Tag + Segment Architecture
Build scalable tagging system
Create usable segments for flows and campaigns
3. Email Automations (Templates Provided)
Ceybon – B2C (3–5 flows):
Welcome
Product onboarding
Reorder reminder
Promo
Testimonial request
Ceybon – B2B (3 flows):
Wholesale onboarding
Reorder prompts
Product updates
Services (2 flows):
Discovery/ritual gift nurture
Session onboarding + follow-up
✔️ Templates exist in Squarespace and will be rebuilt in MailerLite. Minor design enhancements are welcome.
4. Campaign Template Creation
2–3 reusable templates (Ceybon + Services)
5. Shopify Product Setup
Install and configure apps for:
3 pre-set bundles
30-day subscription options on select SKUs (9 total SKUs)
Tag customers in MailerLite (via Zapier)
Test flow from purchase to email automation
6. QA + Testing
Confirm tagging + automations
Confirm mobile/desktop formatting
Check email previews and workflow logic
7. Documentation
Loom video or doc walkthrough of:
Flow structure
Tag logic
How to edit templates/campaigns
Subscription/bundle purchase tagging
