Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate responses to guest inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Manage reservations, ticketing, and adjustments for Disney parks, resorts, and events
Collaborate with various teams to resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a detailed and up-to-date knowledge of all Disney products and offerings
Monitor guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for guest services
Uphold Disney's standards of service and brand integrity in every interaction
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
Strong proficiency with digital communication tools and reservation systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Passion for the Disney brand and a strong commitment to customer service excellence
High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
Flexibility to work shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
