Machine Learning Researcher (up to VP) One of the most successful biotech incubators in the industry is seeking a machine learning leader to join their venture creation team. This role is focused on applying AI to accelerate discovery in therapeutics and molecular design. You'll help shape technical strategy and deliver solutions that power next-generation biotech startups. Their portfolio includes some of the most recognized companies in oncology, rare disease, and beyond. Role: • You will set the direction for AI initiatives across multiple early-stage programs, translating ambitious ideas into practical strategies. • This includes leading development of computational methods and platforms for molecular modeling, protein design, and automated workflows. • You'll ensure rigor in model design, benchmarking, and scaling, while scouting emerging research to identify new opportunities. • The role requires strong leadership where you will be driving results through cross-functional teams with a proven ability to influence technical decisions in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Qualifications: • Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related fields • Strong track record of impactful research or applied ML projects • Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) Apply tot his job
