M&A Operational Manager – Advisory
Job Description: • Manage deal pipeline, actively assess and advance deals through to successful conclusion • Collaborate with the M&A Growth Leader to develop and implement inorganic growth strategies • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Identify and mitigate project risks • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Drive process improvements and best practices Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance • 6+ years’ experience in deal-making and execution in the professional services industry • Prior management experience of 2+ years • Masters Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting a plus • Strong proficiency in financial storytelling • Skilled in presenting complex analysis • Hands-on experience in developing and leading deal processes • Ability to do advanced financial data analysis • Attention to details and solid understanding of business drivers impact KPIs • Advanced Excel user with hands-on experience in building financial models • Experience in building and delivering PowerPoint presentations • Effective leader, skilled communicator and proven relationship builderBenefits: • Flexibility to manage your days in support of work/life balance • Culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards Apply tot his job
