We foster a thriving work environment where employees are engaged in shaping both the company's and their own future.The Zone Sales Manager in the Foodservice Division is a critical sales role at Lyons Magnus. This position is responsible for supporting sales efforts with current distributors and operators while managing our agency network within the assigned territory. The role will also focus on developing new business opportunities across key product categories throughout the Northeast region.Location: Remote – Ideal candidate is based in the Northeast regionTerritory Coverage: Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the New York Metro area, Upstate New York, and key New England markets (Boston, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island)Travel Requirements: Up to 50%
Requirements
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPresent and promote Lyons products and services to current and potential customers.Develop and implement action plans and schedules to meet specific targets within the assigned territory.Identify, qualify, and acquire new distributor and operator accounts within the assigned territory.Monitor and follow up on national account programs to ensure compliance.Provide support to brokers and beverage partners at food shows within your geographic area.Assist brokers and Lyons account managers in effectively selling to new end-users and implementing programs.Coordinate training sessions for distributors, operators, and brokers to educate customers on effectively marketing our product categories.Prepare and submit various status reports, including tracking sales activities to achieve objectives.Travel within the territory as required.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficiency in working with distributors and food service operators.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with distributors, operators, agency representatives, and other employees.Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective sales presentations.Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with preferred experience in Salesforces and Power BI platforms.Education and/or ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferred).Experience: A minimum of 5 years of foodservice sales experience is preferred.
