We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Luxury and Corporate Travel Wellness Advisor network and help end the growing burnout epidemic running rampant in our workplaces today.
Did you know, that about 40-75% of our corporate workplaces are experiencing burnout, with more than a third of business owners, corporate executives, and professionals experiencing severe burnout looking for a proven, fast, and meaningful way to recover?
You will be fully trained around chronic stress and burnout, learn all about our burnout retreats and recovery programs, how to market this program as a business showcasing our partnered luxury locations and amenities, and how you will support your clients on their recovery journey. All sales and marketing training and materials will be provided.
We are looking to fulfill our network across California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Florida.

The Burnout Recovery Accelerator supports overworked workplace leaders, burned out, and exhausted to quickly recover without leaving their jobs. We offer rapid clinical burnout recovery programs combined with premium vacations to stop burnout at the source. With workplace training and leadership coaching, we provide organizations with comprehensive wellbeing programming for burnout prevention and recovery. Our team is dedicated to encouraging a healthy, fulfilling, and empowering lifestyle for workplace leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, and HR teams.
Role Description
This is an Independent Contractor remote role for a Luxury Wellness Travel Advisor. The role involves sales outreach to high-stressed executives, business owners, and professionals, marketing your services, securing travel arrangements, managing excursion itineraries, and working as a wellness travel representative.
Compensation
• 10% commission on all Burnout Retreats sold, paid within 45 days
• Additional 5% bonus commissions for monthly sales over $100K
Key Responsibilities
• Sales and marketing outreach to your target niche
• Meet with prospective clients to discuss their wellness, recovery, and travel needs
• Walkthrough burnout retreat programming, wellness activities, benefits and outcomes
• On-board clients with our on-resort professional team and assigned health practitioner
• Arrange for air travel, accommodations, car rentals, and travel insurance as necessary (preferred suppliers will be provided)
• Plan any additional trips, excursions, and extended stays; (preferred suppliers will be provided)
• Maintain client relationships and referrals
• Manage invoices
Must Haves
• Must be a certified travel agent with IATA or equivalent;
• Or registered with a host agency
• E&Os Insurance
• Have a registered business as a sole proprietor, LLC, INC
Qualifications
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Effective Communication skills
• Travel Arrangements expertise
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of luxury travel destinations and wellness programs is a plus
• TTP, CTA, CTC, CTIE, CTIS, WTS certifications are an asset
• Mental health certifications in CBT, ACT, DBT, NLP, IFS are an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or related field
