Luxury Travel & Hospitality PR Account Supervisor
MCPR, an award-winning, boutique, luxury hospitality & marketing public relations agency based in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a well-rounded hospitality + travel-focused Public Relations Account Supervisor with at least 4-5 years of experience (in the hospitality, culinary, travel, tourism, restaurant and/or consumer lifestyle arenas), a genuine passion/drive for the industry, creative, collaborative, and well-connected with a great go-getter attitude, solution-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic.
The Account Supervisor should be a creative and strategic thinker who can bring fresh ideas with a strong sense of work ethic to execute on a daily basis. They must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills must be able to wear multiple hats while immersing themselves in agency’s clients and start pitching immediately; therefore, a self-starter with innovative ideas, who is ready to hit the ground running!
This position will support the agency’s President & Vice President, leading accounts autonomously, developing compelling pitch/press release development, active pitching, strategic media relations, effective planning, creative partnerships & programming ideation, client relations, and supporting new business initiatives alongside a team of seasoned team of media industry professionals within an engaging boutique agency environment.
We see you as a media relations pro, contributing invaluable media coverage opportunities across your client campaigns on a daily basis, taking a proactive, scrappy & strategic approach to meet client deliverables, successfully implement client programs and year-long strategies, conduct research, oversee reporting, and lead client relations.
