Key Responsibilities Act as a brand ambassador for blithequark's Luxury Stores, providing high-touch service to customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services. Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and integrity, making decisions that balance customer satisfaction with company policies and procedures. Utilize a range of software programs to resolve customer inquiries, identify system errors, and escalate technical issues as needed. Collaborate with external shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international issues, ensuring seamless delivery of luxury products to customers. Capture and analyze customer feedback, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform service improvements. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a luxury customer service environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and integrity. Confidence in making decisions regarding late returns, faulty goods, and concessions, as necessary. Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Highly proficient in desktop applications, including MS Office and Internet browsers, with the ability to quickly learn new websites and apps. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a proven track record of maintaining productivity, quality, and service standards.
