LPN/RN Pediatric Private Duty
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. This role is essential for ensuring the health and well-being of our medically fragile pediatric population. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, along with specialized skills that enhance patient care.
⢠Duties*
As a Private Duty Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
⢠Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, tailored to individual needs as outlined in the current plan of care.
⢠Administering and documenting medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
⢠Providing education on health management to patients and families.
⢠Performing airway management, gtube feedings, seizure precautions, constant supervision, assistance with ADLs, and other interventions as necessary.
