LPN/RN Pediatric Private Duty

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. This role is essential for ensuring the health and well-being of our medically fragile pediatric population. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, along with specialized skills that enhance patient care.
• Duties*

As a Private Duty Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, tailored to individual needs as outlined in the current plan of care.
• Administering and documenting medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Providing education on health management to patients and families.
• Performing airway management, gtube feedings, seizure precautions, constant supervision, assistance with ADLs, and other interventions as necessary.

Candidates should have:
• A valid nursing license in good standing.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proven experience in home care settings or private duty nursing (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
