Centers Health Care is actively seeking experienced LPNs to join our team on a Part-Time basis for our Skilled Nursing Facility. We want to hear from you if you have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor!
Shift Availability:
Part-Time, and Per Diem Shifts Available
Compensation:
Additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights
Duties Include:
LPNs, Collect information from Residents to be admitted, including medical records and insurance details.
LPNs, Record the health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
LPNs, Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
LPNs, Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
LPNs, Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
LPNs, Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
LPNs, Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
Valid State LPN license.
Strong teamwork skills.
In good standing with the State Registry.
