LPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a LPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician to fill an opening.
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm CST - OT possible but not required
Location: Remote (Oklahoma residents only)
Pay Details: $30-$33/ Hour
Daily Responsibilities for LPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician:
ā¢ Review Quality of Care Concerns. This particular role will focus on behavioral health reviews.
ā¢ Review Quality of Care concerns related to behavioral health issues. Provide leveling and recommendations based on chart review and provide education to providers through various ways ā letters, phone calls, and possible face to face meetings or virtual meetings.
ā¢ Meet state contractual requirements for review and follow the policy and leveling document.
ā¢ This position will be reviewing medical records to see if any quality of care concerns needs to be addressed with the provider.
Required Qualifications for LPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician:
ā¢ Active LPC or LCSW in Oklahoma
ā¢ Masters Degree
ā¢ 2+ years of behavioral health experience
ā¢ 1+ years experience reviewing behavioral health medical records and addressing any quality of care concerns with providers
ā¢ Computer Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Suite
ā¢ Must have strong computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
ā¢ WFH capability ā smart phone, private work space, high speed internet
Preferred Qualifications forLPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician:
ā¢ Attention to Detail
ā¢ Ability to work independently
ā¢ Ability to adapt to changing priorities
ā¢ People skills
ā¢ Ability to educate and train providers on proper chart documentation
